To enhance the teaching skills of teachers in active didactic and motivate them to actually put this in their day-to-day practice, using the EE material made available through the project for primary schools in Bulgaria
A National Conference “Acting together as a networking NGOs and institutions for Education for Sustainable Development in Bulgaria”.

The Conference will take place on September 12th, 2007 in the Hotel – Park Moskva, Conference Hall, 1st floor in Sofia
Conference goals:
1. To present the elaboration process and main achieved results of the whole project entitled “Environmental education in the primary schools of Bulgaria”, financed by the MATRA Programme of the Royal Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. To give visibility to the school activities and experiences under the Small School Grant Program in Lovech and Varna region
3. To give inspiration to other schools, NGOs and institution on a nationwide scale.
4. To offer a floor for discussing and to consolidate the issue of common networking between schools, NGOs and institutions in formal education and school curriculum
5. To popularize the ideas and initiatives of the UNESCO Global Decade of ESD (2005-2014) in Bulgaria.
